LIPO CHARGING HANDLES

My first complicated CNC project. It's was a mess. But I learned a great deal from it. Took me a couple more machining projects to finally figure out how to pin register parts to a fixture so I could flip them over to machine the opposite side and bevel the edges.

Anodizing didn't turn out all that well. Will strip and redo it one day. Serves it's purpose to control corrosion through electrolysis between two alloys.

MISC. PROJECTS

I DO NOT USE A CAD PROGRAM TO DRAFT MY PLANS AND SCHEMATICS. I DRAFT AND DIMENSION EACH BY HAND IN ADOBE ILLUSTATOR IN THE COMPUTER- JUST LIKE WE USE TO DO 25 YEARS AGO WITH TECHNICAL PEN + INK AND A DRAFTING BOARD.

3D MODELING OF A2Z MONSTER MILL ENCLOSURE. DIDN'T BUILD IT. TOO BIG.
